My first concert

When I was 16 (I'm 22 years old now, I'm growing older), saw on the TV an advert about Roger Water's concert, with The Wall album (I love that movie and his songs). Immediatly, I start to ask for money or some credit card to my family, "I must go" thought in my mind. Finally my grandmother bought me the ticket with her credit card.
I will never forget that concert, It was on the begining of March, lovely sunny day (like 40°C, falling roasted ducks), with some beers outside of the National Stadium of Chile waiting to let us enter.
Was my first concert in my life, and the first time smoking weed (I don't feel so proud about it, the day that I became a druggy. Just kidding), was a spiritual journey, singing all the hits that I love (screaming, actually). Fireworks, the greatest wall I've ever seen, visual effects, and a full stadium are things that I will never forget, I hope so.
At the night when I went home, high yet, with reddish eyes, my mother asked me what happen to me, obviously never would told her "nothing, I'm just drugged mom", I'm so tired was my answer and I went to sleep with my heart still vibrating with the music sound.

The English in my life

Hi bloggers, today I’m going to talk about my experience learning English, what issues need to be improved, and how I use the language outside the classroom. When I was in primary school I was very bad with the languages, teachers were too bad but I always got very good marks, even if I learnt nothing. Then, in secondary school, I went to another institution where English subject was very important. There, I had to buy an English book and I start to get bad qualifications, but I was tenacious and studied a lot so I balance my knowledge with other students of my class. When I arrived at the university, I made the initial English test and I got in to level 3, my teacher was Simon. That was a very good experience, because he is a very good teacher and the dynamics (news for me) was so much entertaining, a blog where you can talk about funny and personals stories, and very productive oral interactions. I believe that the last dynamic is the best form to learn how to express yourself ...

Keeping going

When I finished my studies, and after a long celebration, would like me to work peaceful, maybe at the countryside (yes, with cows and roosters) away from the city (I have spent many years with the pollution of Santiago) enjoying the life with my boyfriend and sons (not really, is very expensive buy one), but (everything have a BUT) I know that every good work for a new graduate person is near to the town, so, maybe that farm dream will have to wait. Whatever, I would like to help people, from my discipline (architecture), we can create more friendly buildings that help the environment and the society, great green spaces for isolated communities, edifications with cultural programs, uniting the people closer to the city and themselves, with tiny interventions too, like Placemaking (social interventions on the disuses spaces) and urban acupuncture. But (there’s another but ), in Chile, the architecture and urbanism is focus on the capital development, building for cars and indus...

THE GREATEST ISLAND

All my life want it go to Australia, I don't know, maybe for the Nemo's movie, or the kangaroos and his obvious ability to fight like a boxer, or perhaps too many wishes of being at the other side of the world, away from troubles, responsibilities and all the things that I hate (you would be thinking that i'm an odious person, but all of us want to disappear sometimes.  Leaving jokes, I like to visit this country (and many others, I've never been abroad) for its many beautiful landscapes, its fauna diversity and its awesome architecture (yes, I want to see the Sydney Opera House). I'll visit Melbourne (at south of the island) after Sydney, enjoining on all the beaches and forest, being very carefully with sharks, jellyfishes and eels on the sea, and snakes, spiders, and others lethal insects (maybe, I should stay here).  Dreams haven't a cost, I hope someday to have enough money to see my dreams came true (win the lottery is my only chance for now) and m...
